Shipping and Return Policy
Payment
You can pay with us with iDeal, Credit card, PayPal and Mister Cash. If you choose this, you will be forwarded directly to the secure environment of your bank. We will then receive your payment immediately.
The amount to be paid consists of the costs for the products you wish to purchase and the shipping costs, which also include handling costs and packaging costs.
Delivery
Different products have different dimensions, value and weight. As a result, we are forced to use different shipping options.
Delivery times
The delivery times for products in stock (such as most posters and cards) are 1-3 working days within the Netherlands and 8-14 working days outside the Netherlands. For products that are custom made (such as giclées; art prints in limited edition) or that we do not (always) have in stock (such as some original artworks), a delivery time of 8 working days within the Netherlands and 10-16 working days abroad applies.
Pick up at the store
We also offer you the option to pick up your order in our store. Select this option before placing your order. If you choose to pick up in our store, no shipping costs will be charged. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for you.
Shipping costs
Depending on the dimensions of the ordered products and the destination, your order will be sent by post or by courier.
Shipping costs are calculated in your shopping cart depending on the weight and size of your order.
Returns
Under the law "Distance Purchasing" you as a consumer are entitled to a 'cooling off period' of 14 days after delivery of the product when making purchases via the internet; the right of withdrawal. Within this period, a product may be returned without giving reasons, but you must pay the postage for the return and the handling costs by Catch Projects yourself. You are responsible for the return shipment, so our advice is to do this by registered mail or by courier.
You can return the product by filling in the withdrawal form (Word document) and by e-mailing the completed form (preferably) and possibly by faxing (the fax number and e-mail are in the withdrawal form) . You must return both the product to be returned and the original purchase invoice with your return shipment. The address of Catch Projects can be found at the bottom of this page, on your purchase invoice and in the withdrawal form.
You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us. Upon receipt of your returned product, we will check the condition of the product. The return payment (product and shipping costs, not the contribution to packaging and handling costs) will be refunded to your account within 14 days after receipt.
Not all products can be returned
The products that can be returned are: bookmarks, books, posters, cards and screen prints, provided they are undamaged. In the event of any damage to products, they are no longer salable as new and we cannot (fully) refund the purchase amount.
All other products are custom-made, printed and signed specifically for your order (such as the giclées; limited edition art prints) or purchased specifically for you (like many original artworks). These products cannot be returned.
